I recently leased a new Audi from Audi Beverly Hills. My experience in leasing a new Audi through Audi of Beverly Hills was superb. I walked into the pristine showroom and was greeted by a professional sa My experience in leasing a new Audi through Audi of Beverly Hills was superb. I walked into the pristine showroom and was greeted by a professional salesman named Shafiq Hamdan. I had researched purhcasing a new lease (trading my car in) but hadn't fully committed. After test driving a car, and spending time talking with Shafiq, I decided to begin the process. The result is that I traded in my car and purchased a lease on a brand new Audi through Audi Beverly Hills. I am thrilled! I got a very good deal, and the entire process, beginning with my wonderful salesperson Shafiq was flawless. Shafiq was courteous, knowledgable, no pressure (I loved that!) and enthusiastic. He listened to my concerns, and was patient. He exceeded my expectations of an auto salesperson. We spent a great deal of time negotiating and looking at options. Once we made the deal he brought the incredibly nice and capable Natalie Bracha to help me link my garage door opener to my car, she even sent me an email with instructions in case it did not work. Amy Isaac in finance was unlike any finance manager I have ever dealt with (I am over 50, so have dealt with a few!). She was incredibly courteous while expertly guiding me through the lease process, answering my questions, as we completed the very detailed process. It was refreshing, she was actually nice! This is a very well run dealership. I had my other Audi serviced here and that experience was always great. I feel that I have a team behind me that will be supportive with any concerns, even after leasing! Bravo! More
