We are not interested. However, we -Ultimately negotiate a deal to lease Q-5 for the same price as the A-4; confirmed details IN WRITING. It was also confirmed by phone to me and my CFO on two separate occasions; we -Set an appointment with request that car and paperwork be ready; we -Arrive on time and were greeted by Michael Tesh, the fleet Manger; Najin was "busy"; test drove car and liked it. We were directed to Mr. Tesh's office to sign the paperwork -Paperwork was not ready; Michael decided that he was negotiating a deal that had already confirmed: he would take the A-4 in trade; quoted the new lease rate at 40% above our current rate -Mr. Tesh summoned Ms. Rajbar to the office and advised our agreement (which they were breaking), to which she said it was "impossible" that she ever stated such a thing. She would not provided a lackluster apology for any misunderstanding (please keep in mind that this deal was confirmed both in writing and verbally) -At that, Mr. Tesh raised his voice and berated and condescended to us, including, but not limited to: "How could you expect me to sell a car for that price" "Be reasonable" "I could sell 400 cars at that price every It was not our first poor experience with Beverly Hills Audi. OUTSTANDING! I purchased a used Audi Q5 yesterday from Audi Beverly Hills. I have been looking on-line for the last six weeks and my wife and I have been to two d I purchased a used Audi Q5 yesterday from Audi Beverly Hills. I have been looking on-line for the last six weeks and my wife and I have been to two different Audi dealers in the last two weeks looking at the A4 (new), A6 (used), Q5 (new and used). My wife decided she wanted a relatively low mileage used Q5. When we went to another dealer I made what I thought was a reasonable offer on an almost flawless Q5 with 35k miles.. Salesman politely blew me off and we left. Fortunately, i had seen a Q5 at BH Audi. It turned out to be flawless (I mean FLAWLESS, literally looks brand new!) Q5. I made a reasonable offer and they accepted without any games. Having done my research I know I did not overpay. The vehicle was only $2k more than the other car and had 16,000 less miles! But the topper was the BH Audi was Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) and they had replaced the brake pads, done the 24 month service and it came with an extension to the regular warranty of 2 EXTRA years/50,000 EXTRA miles. The other dealers Q5 was not a CPO, had no updated maintenance and no extended warranty. The lower mileage alone was worth more than $2k. The CPO/extended warranty was icing on the cake. Oh, and my credit union offered me a loan at 2.24%...Audi BH...1.9% As the purchase paperwork was being drawn up, i let my, now VERY happy wife know. We realized that because of work, we had no way to get the vehicle home that night or the next day. What did Audi BH do? Parked my beloved BumbleBee Camaro inside their secure covered parking, let me take the Audi home, and then paid for my UBER ride back to the dealership the next morning! Wow! Bottom line--Great Deal on a Great Car. From the Valet to the Salesman, to the Finance person, to the Car Detailers EVERYONE at the dealership was VERY polite, VERY professional, VERY efficient and clearly was out to make the experience as pleasant as buying a used vehicle can be. Thanks BH Audi, I will be back! More

It comes out this car has more options than those we saw and drove at other dealerships and $3k more in value and $28/ month cheaper that 4 other dealerships. Who would have thoughts Beverly Hills is the place to save? The negotiations took less than 8 minutes. We agree on the terms and head to dinner. Than we came back and another 15 min sign and drive the car was ready to go home. More
