I was kept informed to the progress of my repair and provided an acurate time my car would be ready. I don't like to have to constantly track down my service advisor to get an update, which I frequently have to do at other service departments. I am very busy and need to have a good idea when my vehicle will be ready, so I can plan my day. Carlos kept me informed via text and made the whole process as convienient as possible.
