After a poor experience in Audi Burlington, I went into Audi Brookline and they they did a great job taking care of me. I first met with Sales Manager Steven Claudio and he put me in touch with Audi Speci Audi Brookline and they they did a great job taking care of me. I first met with Sales Manager Steven Claudio and he put me in touch with Audi Specialist Manny Rios Alers. Due to the chip shortage the incoming vehicles did not have what I wanted. But with some patience, I got the call that an incoming vehicle had everything that I was looking for. Manny did a great job listening and communicating. There was no pressure, Manny and Steven went out of their way to make me happy making sure that I got the car that was right for me. They were very professional throughout the entire process. The month of waiting for shipment was definitely worth it. On Tuesday, I picked up my car. Manny was very knowledge and shared many important tips. I am loving my new Audi Q3. I would recommend Manny and Audi Brookline to anyone looking to get an Audi in the Boston area, you will get excellent service. More
