My husband called him and within and hour he emailed my husband 3 different options that he had. Gabe was so friendly and patient with us as we were not sure what we wanted. We made our way over there and were pleasantly surprised when we walked in with the customer service. Gabe made us feel very comfortable, like we were the most important people there. He aims to please!! We also wanted to add that Amie his finance partner was very friendly and informative, which made our purchase stress free!! In the latest transaction, Audi Brookline significantly marked down the price of the A6 I wanted. They also gave me by far the most for my trade, and I know because I had taken it to several different dealerships beforehand. Once the deal was made, Audi Brookline went out of its way to make sure the car was delivered on time with all the paperwork taken care of. It's a used car, but it looks brand new like it just came out of the showroom. I really cannot recommend these folks enough. It is a COMPLETELY different experience from the Audi dealership it was a couple months ago. Herb Chambers prices are fixed, but reasonable, so if you do your research and you know what you want to buy, it is an easy transaction. The customer service is phenomenal, and I really had fun with both my sales person, Mike Berube, and the manager, Tony. Mike Berube who did not try to rip me off or make me feel as if I was being taken advantage of because I was a "female buying a car." I traded in my leased Q5 for a slightly used Audi A4, and I not only got a great deal, but they made sure I was 100% satisfied. I came back several days later and pointed out small scratches that I had not noticed at first, and they immediately gave me a loaner car and fixed everything until it was perfect. This is the "new" Audi of Brookline. You don't need to go anywhere else. More
