Worst service ever. I bought a 4 year service plan with a new car. I brought it in for the 4th year service in August and was told I would have to pay for it even though I had already paid for it upfront. Ap new car. I brought it in for the 4th year service in August and was told I would have to pay for it even though I had already paid for it upfront. Apparently there is a some hidden feature where I had to bring it by the end of July or I had to forfeit the money I paid for the service upfront. The service manager was rude and actually laughed.
