I purchased the car used about 6 months ago (my first Audi), and have been in twice - once with a transmission problem and most recently with a brake issue. In both instances, Allison was my service contact. Both times I’ve been treated professionally from start to end. Allison gets back to me in a timely manner with specific details on what needs to be done and why, and the service invoice is great in that it contains details on what has been done. Though it may seem like a small thing, I have to emphasize how great it is to get the car back washed and vacuumed. No one is ever “happy” paying for car repairs, but getting the car back clean sure makes climbing back behind the wheel nice! Thanks to all in the service department for doing a great job. More

Disappointed Took my car in for regular service, nothing was wrong when I dropped it off and when I picked it up the MMI was malfunctioning as I drove it off the l Took my car in for regular service, nothing was wrong when I dropped it off and when I picked it up the MMI was malfunctioning as I drove it off the lot. Car was dead in the next week. Took it back in and am now stuck with the close to $2k bill that Schmidtt's assumes no responsibility for. I'll be trading in my Audi going with another brand, the is the second negative experience in 1 year with this service dept, need to move on to a services that is fair with customers. More

The service crew at Schmitt's is always so positive and friendly. My service is in a timely manner in a very comfortable waiting area, complete with complimentary coffee or water.
