I gave Jonathan and Audi of Burlington great ratings because they were friendly, professional, and really helped us out of a bad situation with a certified preowned car we bought there nine months earli because they were friendly, professional, and really helped us out of a bad situation with a certified preowned car we bought there nine months earlier. Their service department really took care of us during those nine months, and we ultimately were able to trade in the touble vehicle for a new A4 on a 3 year lease with no money down. All in all it was one of the best car buying experiences I have had. Thanks to Jonathan and Adnan in Sales, and Jeff, Jeff, John and Casey in Service! More
I usually get an unsettling feeling when I have to bring my car into a shop. But the folks at Audi Burlington have nailed the service work every time. 15 years ago before going back to school for Electrical Engineering I used to be a mechanic – Have a degree in Automotive Science too , so I know a thing or two about diagnostic work and repairs. I'm over 40 years old now, and having been on both sides of the fence I can really appreciate the high level of customer service provided and quality of workmanship delivered. Recently I took my 2009 V10 S6 into them (Jim Parolisi; he's really attentive) for work – I spent around $2K with them. I had some service work & some Dent-Doctor work performed. I must say the car runs excellent now. The low-end power now on the S6 is ridiculous. Additionally I can't tell that there were ever any dings where the Dent-Dr work was performed – no matter how many angles I look at it from. To summarize, Audi's are expensive – all of them. Be prepared to spend some good money, or go buy a Toyota. With respect to some of the other posts, I like to remind folks to be realistic. Although Audi Burlington has continued to deliver outstanding customer service and workmanship to me, it's important that folks temper their high standards & expectations with the understanding that sometimes things just don't work out – That's life. I originally bought my Audi from Jasson and recently had to take it back in for service. John was very helpful in getting me set up with a loaner while my car was being worked on. My car was fixed quick to take it back in for service. John was very helpful in getting me set up with a loaner while my car was being worked on. My car was fixed quickly, and I was able to pick it up in the evening which allowed me to not have to leave work early. All in all, I would definitely use this service department again. More
I have always dreaded the car buying experience. You know when you know what you are looking for, but you are constantly being pushed into something else. This was not the case for even a second in working with Rick @ Audi Burlington. The minute I walked through the door, I was greeted in a friendly and welcoming manner by him. He was not the typical "pushy" saleman who doesn't give you a breath to take in the experience. Rick was there to answer any and all questions I had and was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and anything and everything I needed and/or wanted to know about. I have been to plenty of dealerships and I rarely walk out of one with a feeling of pleasure and gratitude. Rick allowed me to have a great experience and has changed my view of car salesmen. I would recommend anyone going to see Rick and working with Audi of Burlington. The atmosphere was friendly and the experience cannot be compared to any I have even had while buying a car. Thanks to Rick, I now have not only an amazing car to enjoy, but also a wonderful experience to talk about. From the moment I walked through the door to the minute I signed my name on the dotted lines, I was pleased and I would expect the same experience for anyone who walks through the doors at Audi Burlington and meets Rick for the first time! Bought a CERTIFIED used car here 2 months ago, it has already needed over $3000 worth of work done to it which was not recognized during the certified process (which is done by the dealer). Audi Burling already needed over $3000 worth of work done to it which was not recognized during the certified process (which is done by the dealer). Audi Burlington will not pay for the work to be done, and they don't even return my calls anymore. Car needs new wheels, tires, control arms, a door needs to be painted, even the buttons inside the car are missing! This dealership is running a huge scam, they will not honor their own warranty! BUYER BEWARE I am personally filing a complaint with Audi corporate about this dealership to see if I can get the problems resolved. I would recommend anyone in the area to go to Audi of Natick or Westwood instead. I will never deal with a HERB CHAMBERS company again! More

I don't know if it was the stars alligning or what...but this was by far the BEST car buying experiences I've ever had. I couldn't even tell you the name of any of the past sales people I've worked with and have never been compelled to recommend them to friends or family. This experience with Greg Johnson and Audi Burlington, in my mind, is how its supposed to be! Greg and his collegues there at the dealership really made the process fun, stress free, and as a whole just a really pleasurable experience. I was coming out of a 2006 Lexus GX470...previous to that a 2004 Lexus RX330. Over the past 3 years, I had the pleasure of driving a collegues Audi A4 wagon (manual) while my car was in the shop...I fell in love. Then last year, drove my mechanic's A8...how could you NOT fall in love?! So, that pretty much set in my head and knew my next car would be an Audi Quattro of some sort. Keeping my eyes open to Audi's on the road, I truly found the new A4 a very sexy vehicle, expecially the cat-eye headlights. So, I took one of the A4's on the lot for a test drive and I was SOLD. Greg worked quickly and efficiently to locate my car for me with everything I wanted in my new car. He kept me updated every step of the way...confirmed once the locate was a "go"...sent me a detailed breakdown of my new car...let me know when my car was being loaded on a truck from the port...let me know the moment it arrived at the dealership...and before I knew it, I was in my gorgeous new car! 2012 Audi A4 S line...phantom black ext/black int. I've named her Coco...after Coco Chanel and one of her famous quotes "a lady should always be two things, classy and fabulous" and that's exactly how I feel about my new car :) I highly recomment working with Greg and his team, I guarantee he'll make you happy! My daughter was looking to buy a 2012 A5 and after visiting other Audi dealerships my daughter and I made the trip to Herb Chambers Audi in Burlington, MA. We were treated by Greg Johnson, discussed our options and ended up buying a 2011 loaded A5. Greg and his manager couldn't have been better. Price and value were concerns. The HC folks worked very hard to make concessions on price, trade in allowance and financing package which resulted in my daughter purchasing her "dream car". The sales experience that we had was so positive that a week later I returned and bought a Q5 from Greg. At the time of my daughter buying her A5 I had no intention of trading in my Eddie Bauer Explorer but with the no pressure approach we had gotten from Greg, I thought it was worth going back and speaking with him about a Q5. Greg searched for the exact car I wanted and found one coming in on the next ship to Providence. While the car has not yet been delivered, Greg has kept me informed, almost daily, with status updates on the delivery expectations. There is a reason why I drove from Southeastern Massachusetts to Burlington, passing (by my estimation) three other Audi dealerships and that is Greg Johnson and his sales approach. Greg and the HC team in Burlington couldn't have provided a better car buying experience. More

I have been to Audi dealerships seven times this past year. anywhere from Virginia,New York,Nashua(THE WORST) and lately to Burlington. I think that if all Audi dealers and employees work and treat their customers the way Burlington Audi does, Audi could be the best in customer service. I was there twice. they give you a loaner car without having to fight for it. They call you to give you an update with the status of your car. They make an appointment for you as soon as possible and not weeks later and it is the way they honored their clients. After all the problems I've experienced with this car as a buyer i never thought my next car could be an Audi again. Burlington Audi had me reconsider. I hope it wasn't just the one person that i dealt with.Sorry if i'm bitter with other dealers but when you buy an Audi you have higher standards. More
