Audi Burlington - Service Center

My car has been serviced at Herb Chambers Audi for the past 2 years. Over the past year customer service has exponentially deteriorated. I used to rant and rave to all my peers about the high level of past 2 years. Over the past year customer service has exponentially deteriorated. I used to rant and rave to all my peers about the high level of Customer Service I got from Herb Chambers Audi. Now I tell everyone to steer clear of this place. It seems like all the great customer service representatives who I used to deal with quit and the ones they have now recieved a D in Customer Service 101. Customer Service has never been the same since they moved to the new location. They rarely return phone calls or emails, I constantly need to call for status updates, and just overall poor demeanor. THEY WASTE YOUR TIME!!! Worst of all is they do not take responsibility for mistakes they make. Long story short if I am going to pay a premium cost to have my vehicle serviced I expect nothing less than premium customer service which I do not get at HERB CHAMBERS AUDI BURLINGTON STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE DEPTARTMENT More

Each employee I have dealt with when bringing my Audi A4s First a 2003 A4 then a 2010 A4) have gne out of their way to help and make sure I was satisfied with the work or maintenance performed. I wouldn't bring my Audi anywhere else. More

My first review was delete for some reason, so here we go again. I bought my A6 into this dealer for service about a 9 months ago, not only did they not fix my problem but they took all the change that I had again. They also went thru my things in the glove box. Very unprofessional of them. I called the customer service manager the next day and he said he would look into it but never heard back from him. Needless to say I will never use this dealer again for service. Follow up on 8/25/2010: I had a very pleasant conversation with a Mr. Jasson McNallie today, he was very professional and explained to me the steps Burlington Audi took to correct the problem after my bad experience there. I am not going to edit my original review because I really did have a bad experience there but I do think that the management team at Herb Chamber truly cares about customer satisfaction and try to meet the customer's needs. I am going to try to do business with Herb Chamber Audi again in the future. More

Great service and costumer relations! I highly recommend to my friends whom also own Audis. I usually don't like dealing with my car's maintanance however using their services is very pleasant and the fact to my friends whom also own Audis. As a new owner of a used and first Audi, I was nervous with all the high end componets of the car. Audi of Burlington has been the most user friendly and reliable dealership I have ever delt with in my 40 with all the high end componets of the car. This past 4th of July weekend our convertable top became inoperable, I called the service department and droped off the car I believe on the Wednesday night before the 4th and asked if they could possibily look at the problem and have the car ready for the upcoming weekend. It appears from the service record its was not a easy fix and the car was ready the next day which made for a enjoyable weekend with the convertable. The service and timely repair was nothin short of great... Everyone at Audi of Burlington has made service a pleasant experience and I look forward to continuing the relationship. I had just bought a 2007 Audi out of state and was looking to fix a broken glovebox which I had hoped was still under warranty and a recall service check. When I arrived, I was treated so well I was looking to fix a broken glovebox which I had hoped was still under warranty and a recall service check. When I arrived, I was treated so well I was really amazed. My previous experiences with service depts. at dealerships has been poor to say the least. And I had gone to Audi in Brookline the previous week for this work - and was horrified by the poor treatment and rude attitude and ended up leaving in disgust with a $600 quote to fix my glovebox. So walking into Audi Burlington and meeting Adam was such a pleasure. I didn't even have an appointment - and my car was handled right away. They took the time to do the research on my vehicle, finished the recall work in record time. They were able to open the glovebox (where the other dealer couldn't), identified it actually was a warranty issue, and the parts are on order and it will be fixed for free! So making the drive out to Burlington was so worth it! I saved $600, met my future service team, and encountered one of the most professional, nicest service manager's around. Adam rocks! So I strongly suggest making the drive to this dealership for your repair work. More
