Hi. Well I have a couple of issues, beyond what the original consternation regarding price. First, my husband sent me to ask about the lack of a JACK for the car. I asked two different people who told me you didn't need a jack to change the tire & that was what the air pump was for. I foolishly didn't stand my ground then & told my husband what was said & he was SO NOT impressed. He very specifically did read the owners manual, went looking for a jack & was EXTREMELY upset to find that a vehicle that cost 40+K doesn't have a jack. His contention is that even the cheapest car in the world comes with a JACK!!! So, that's one issue. The other issue, (which I admit is a little small on my part) is...I brought the car in to have the "just purchased detailing" & got it home, didn't drive it at all until today, and just got in what was supposed to be a completely clean car only to find a wadded up chewing gum wrapper in the side door. I don't chew gum, the car has been locked in my garage, and so the only thing I can think is that whoever was detailing this car dropped their trash in the side of the door. I find this a little bit irritating. There's absolutely NO CHANCE it could have been left at any time but with the dealer as I drove it to be detailed & then parked it in the garage, not to be driven again until just today. So, the lack of a JACK is a big dang issue (yes, I am completely aware that there is road side assistance but that is not the answer as far as my husband is concerned) & it's just a little trashy to have somebody else leave trash in my car while it's being detailed. I can guarantee you that I did not leave trash in the loaner vehicle that I used while waiting for the detailing to be done. My phone number is: 919 397-5378.
