I inquired about a Q5 through the website and August Jones promptly returned my call and cheerfully answered my questions. So, I went ahead and made an appointment to test drive a few Audi’s the next day. A few turned into several and August was very professional and patient the whole time. I never felt pressured and he wanted to make sure that I truly found the right Audi to meet my family’s needs. I met many of the staff during my time there but worked primarily with Johnnie Richards, Sales Representative. I had spoken with him by telephone the previous day sharing my needs in a vehicle. He was informed and I immediately felt comfortable speaking with him. When I arrived the following day, he had the SUV ready for our test drive. My Mercedes was taken for Appraisal while we were testing driving the Q5, Premium Plus, 2019. Once I drove the Q5, I was sold. The necessary paperwork was completed with Johnnie, Mr Hugh Bodenstine met with me to finalize the transaction. He too was knowledgeable and friendly and that was it. I drove to Pinehurst relaxed and enjoying my quite, smooth ride. More

Pleasant Experience We were considering a used Q5 2.0 and stopped in to see if it would meet our requirements (space for 2 dog crates, able to tow, easy to get in and out We were considering a used Q5 2.0 and stopped in to see if it would meet our requirements (space for 2 dog crates, able to tow, easy to get in and out). Several days later we had decided to move to the Q5 from the RRS Diesel that was proving to be less than reliable and noticed a 2017 Q5 3.0 at the adjacent Leith Nissan dealer. Called Len who arranged to transfer the car to Audi Cary and show it to us. We decided to go ahead and Bobby Pepin and Len arranged with the Leith Land Rover Raleigh operation to do a trade on the RRS that was in for service. Following our experience at Leith Land Rover Cary with the paperwork and titling for a Trust, we were apprehensive, but Hugh Bodenstine coordinated this and the process went smoothly. Len handled the whole process professionally and made it a pleasant experience. More
