I came knowing that I wanted a Q3 with my daughter. Eric was very knowledgeable. He knew every question that I asked about the car. He even laughed at my daughters ' useless facts" ( What is a Narwhal?) lol. Since they did not have the color I wanted, we had to wait 2 loooonnnggg months. During those months Eric kept in contact with me letting me know the status of the car. This was our first experience at Audi Cary and will definitely NOT be our last. More

Len Talarico made buying an Audi a pleasure! From the moment I decided I was interested in an Audi and Bobby (Sales Manager) introduced me to Len, it was a seamless experience. I had first looke From the moment I decided I was interested in an Audi and Bobby (Sales Manager) introduced me to Len, it was a seamless experience. I had first looked at Cape Fear Audi but they didn't seem that interested in working with me so I decided to take my business elsewhere. Len knew exactly how to treat a Type A like me. He didn't try to sell me anything. He could tell I was interested in buying an Audi and he worked to find the one that best met my needs and wants. We took an A5 and an A6 on a test drive and I immediately knew that I wanted the A6 because of all the new technology in the 2019 model. Then it came down to color and he didn't have the color I wanted so he located the car and had it transported in for me (not driven). Throughout the experience, he stayed in constant contact with me via text and e-mail. He sent me pictures of exteriors and interiors. He sent me spec and price sheets. He even took texts and phone calls on his day off because he knew I had limited time in town to get the deal done. When I arrived to pick up my car, he had all the preliminary paperwork done and the car ready to deliver. He spent as much time as I wanted showing me some of the key features but he also suggested I come back in a few weeks and let him walk me through it again after I've experimented a while. He clearly knew how everything worked on the car and there's a lot to know. If there were more than 5 starts I would give an extra one to Len for knowing how to read his customers and for creating an excellent buying experience. I would and will recommend him to my colleagues and friends who are interested in buying a new car. Love the car too! More

I had lots of questions along the way but Eric got answers and didn’t mind putting things in writing or copying info right out of his order book. I was looking at a Q5 but when I heard about the redesigned Q3, I immediately gravitated to it. The size fit my needs better, the technology a cut above and it looks great. I had to wait a couple months to get the color I wanted but it was worth it. Only reason I am not giving the dealership 5 stars is that there was very little discount off full MSRP. More
