This was a new experience for in car buying as it started with my online request for a trade-in value for my vehicle. Had the 45k miles or 72 months service interval performed on my Q5. Since it has only 29k miles on it, the service rep Shawn Bundy and I decided to get the more critical items replaced. Everything performed on my Q5. Since it has only 29k miles on it, the service rep Shawn Bundy and I decided to get the more critical items replaced. Everything else checked out fine and the service was completed by that afternoon. I always get great service at Chandler Audi, which is why I’ve purchased 5 vehicles from them. I have spoken with several of their staff and it has become clear to me that, due to the incredibly unusual circumstances that we are currently living in, mistakes were made and opportunities were missed. It happens . The important take away is that the dealership was quick to respond and correct the issues once they came to light. I look forward to working with them going forward. I have owned my Audi for 6 weeks and unfortunately have discovered that customer service after the sale is extremely poor. I have called them on two different occasions with paperwork issues. Upon taking delivery of my car I was given the standard line “if you have any questions or need anything please call”. As it turned out, I needed some information concerning my trade-in, specifically the certified odometer reading in order to cancel a service warranty. I called the sales person who never bothered to return my call. A few days later I contacted the dealership by email. I received a quick response and told them what I needed. I was assured that it would be sent immediately. It was not. I finally contacted the business manager who sent the needed paperwork. On 5/15/20 I contacted the dealership again because I had never received my AZ license plate and my temporary plate was set to expire on 5/16/20. I was told that I had to call back on 5/16/20. I called back only to be told that the business office is closed. I ask for a manager or someone who could help me and was transferred to a person who was out of the office. I called back again a asked to be connected with a person who was in the office who could help. After speaking to a sales person I was passed to a finance manager that told me that I should have been told not to call back until the day after my temp plate expires so could not be helped until tomorrow, which, of course is Sunday. So Monday it is. At this point I No longer trust them for service after the sale. I think I may have to find another dealership for maintenance. This dealership is far from “Penske perfect” More
