I have been taking my Audi's to Audi of Chandler since 2012. I actually drive past Audi of Gilbert to go to Audi of Chandler due to not having a good experience at the Gilbert dealership. My service advis 2012. I actually drive past Audi of Gilbert to go to Audi of Chandler due to not having a good experience at the Gilbert dealership. My service advisor, Al Rizzo, rocks!!! He is very accommodating and is excellent at communication through the process. Plus, unlike some other dealerships where the faces seem to change every time you go in for service, Al has been my guy for years. He always responds, even on his day off!! More
