This is my first Audi purchase and I purchased it from this dealership. Found the process to be relatively painless (as buying a car can be!). Everyone is so friendly and treats you like a queen. Drop off is simple, as is getting a loaner car. The prices are good considering maintaining an Audi isn't an inexpensive process. From the first phone call to book the AudiCare appointment, to the final signature, the whole process was seamless. I just got to AZ from Chicago, and I thought finding a dealer and getting maint appointment, to the final signature, the whole process was seamless. I just got to AZ from Chicago, and I thought finding a dealer and getting maintenance was going to be difficult. Not the case with Chandler Audi. They gave me a timeslot that fit my schedule and provided me with a rental. My car was worked on and delivered back to me as promised, washed and ready to drive another 10,000 miles. While I'm out in AZ, there's no other dealership that I will go to aside from Chandler Audi. They do it right. More

This is the first time I have taken my A4 to the dealership to be serviced since I bought it in October. As has been the case at other dealerships I have worked with, I was expected prompt service a dealership to be serviced since I bought it in October. As has been the case at other dealerships I have worked with, I was expected prompt service and for the car to be cleaned 24 hours later when I picked it up. Neither of these things happened. While I was told that I would be called as soon as my car had been inspected, I waited almost 10 hours and because I hadn't heard anything, I had to call just to get the diagnosis for the car. After spending $100 for an oil change, tire rotation, and wiper blades, I picked my car up 24 hours later to the realization that it had not been cleaned, inside or out. This is the first time in 30 years of taking my cars to be serviced at a dealership that it was dirtier then when I dropped it off. The reason I didn't take my car to Jiffy Lube and have the same thing done for half the cost in 40 minutes was because of the exceptional service that other people have talked about in their reviews. However, I did not receive even close to satisfactory service and will be very hesitant to bring my car back to the Audi Chandler service department. More
