I just recently visited Chandler Audi after looking at a used A4 Quattro on the internet. I met with Dave and told him what I was interested in and he kept showing me what I was interested in. After test drive we talked more and few minutes later the Sales Manager came with a price on a used A4 and a new one, I was pleased with both offers. So I drove away very pleased and happy with my price I paid and enjoyed having conversation with each person I met with. They made me feel as if we knew each other. Needless to say, it was a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend them and if your an Audi fan they have a plan. I was greeted respectfully by Pat while I was waiting for my fiance outside. He took me inside and introduced me to Mike who was very patient and willing to show my fiance and I all of our options. We did not feel judged in anyway and were given plenty of opportunity to really understand the Audi experience. We were allowed to take several test drives with both different models as well as different engines. After several different vehicles and hours, we finally found the one that fit our needs. We were not surprised with any hiden information, everything was up front and out in the open. Pat and Mike were able to meet all of our financial needs and Pete was very helpful in explaining the additional items that were recommended in helping us decide what fit our needs most appropriately. The truck was in great shape so we went for a test drive and I was sold. While I filled out the paperwork they even washed the truck and filled it with gas! Bruce was also very helpful. I drove home that night with the truck I needed at a great price. I can't say enough about the way I was treated, it was a great experience compared to what I usually go through when I buy a vehicle. My entire experience with Audi Chandler was extremely positive. I identified a certified pre-owned vehicle online and called to inquire about traveling from Tucson to visit the dealership for a look and positive. I identified a certified pre-owned vehicle online and called to inquire about traveling from Tucson to visit the dealership for a look and test drive. I spoke with Adora Fryant, who was very receptive and offered to have the vehicle ready for my visit that evening. Upon arrival I was greeted promptly and introduced to Adora, who immediately brought me to the car and offered one of the most detailed vehicle reviews I've experienced. We then took an extenisive test drive, during which Adora assured that I had a thorough opportunity to evaluate the car's performance and handling. She was very directed and proactive without being pushy. Back at the dealership we negotiated a bit over price, however I did feel the car was already priced quite fairly for a CPO vehicle of its condition. Negotiations were brief and easy, with essentially none of the pressure and intenisty that is often encountered in these situations. Once the deal was made, Adora moved very quickly to process the deal, as it was already quite late and I still had a 1.5 hour drive home ahead. She then arranged to have the car delivered to my home in Tucson the following day so that I wouldn't have to drive back to Chandler. While this was offered to help seal the deal, it was a very much appreciated gesture, cleary indicative of the level of service and attention this dealership delivers. Misty Gunter, the finance manager, handled all the necessary paperwork efficiently and was extremely friendly. She offered all the usual "add ons" and services, but once again was not pushy in any way. I've generally found this to be true with Audi dealers- not too much fuss or manipulation from the finance folks, quite different from my experience with other brands. I left the dealership that night comfortable that I'd made a good purchase at a good price. I'd been treated fairly and respectfully. Adora called the next day to arrange delivery, and the car arrived on time as promised. She called again the following day to assure that all was well, and I notified her that a few minor items, such as a floor mat and a 12 volt outlet cover, were missing. She had these items shipped to me the next day. Great car, and an overall very pleasant buying experience. After so many previous negative auto dealer encounters, this was a welcome change. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for their next Audi. Despite the 200 mile round trip from my home, I'd definitely return for my next vehicle. More

I went to Berge Volkswagon initially due to it being close and convenient. I received unbelievable poor customer service. So I went to Audi and spoke to the service manager and voiced my complaints ab close and convenient. I received unbelievable poor customer service. The service people were friendly, my vehicle was ready in a timely manner, my bill was correct, everything was explained to me up front, and my vehicle was cleaned and ready to go when I arrived to pick it up. I have been back 2 or 3 times since and everytime I get treated like I am the only customer they have. Great Service!!! More
