Then checked inventory and got right back to me with the availability. We made an appointment for the following day. We live about an hour and a half away. But when we arrived our soon to be new car was waiting right by the front door. After a quick but very informative tour of the car we took a test drive. The car was perfect. So Kathy started all the paperwork. But that was also very efficient. While we were completing the paper work the car was being detailed to a high level. And a paint protective coat was being applied. As all that was going on we made our way into Grace Mendoza’s office to complete the financial part of the purchase. Also very efficient. I no time we were outside having a few pix taken with our beautiful Audi A3. Then my wife got in and Kathy helped her get acquainted with all the features she would enjoy on her drive home. Over my many years of vehicle buying I would defiantly put our Chantilly Audi experience at the top of he list. They reached out the next day to check if we had any questions or issues. And I’ve heard from Kathy another time or two also. I highly recommend Audi Chantilly. They were no doubt worth the trip from Pennsylvania. More

I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2019 Audi Q8 from Audi Chantilly, and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and misrepresentation of the vehicle's history. When I initially purchased the car, I was presented with a clean CARFAX report, indicating no accidents. However, after the sale, I later discovered that the vehicle had been involved in a minor accident prior to my purchase — something that was not disclosed to me at the time. What makes this situation even more concerning is that the vehicle was previously leased by an Audi Chantilly employee who reported the minor accident. This raises serious questions about the dealership’s commitment to full transparency, especially when it comes to a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. Not only was the vehicle’s history not fully disclosed, but when I brought this up to the dealership, they refused to acknowledge the issue and dismissed the significance of the accident, stating that it wouldn’t impact the vehicle's value. It’s extremely frustrating to feel misled, especially when purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned Audi, which I trusted to have undergone rigorous inspection and disclosure. I strongly urge anyone considering a purchase at Audi Chantilly to thoroughly investigate the vehicle’s history, as they may not be forthcoming about important details. Buyer beware. More
