I was in for our Q5’s 50K service, state inspection and the heater issue. The heater issue was what concerned me the most because they may decide not to cover it under the 50k service warranty that we pur the heater issue. They called today to inform me to go for another test drive and we agreed on an appointment at 5pm, I drove 45 minutes and before reaching the dealer by 5 minutes the sales man sent me a message saying car got sold, not even bothering to call and apologize. very disrespectful and unprofessional experience.
