Super disappointed with my experience recently. I received service coupons in the mail, made an appointment, confirmed details of the offer and brought my Q7 in as scheduled (before work - early hour received service coupons in the mail, made an appointment, confirmed details of the offer and brought my Q7 in as scheduled (before work - early hours to ensure they weren’t busy/backed up). Service rep informed me that the coupon was for a different cylinder (4 vs my 6) and inspection (sensor on in the car) would be $42 just to reset. Manager wouldn’t honor the oil change coupon even though I was already there and had the coupons mailed to my home. If they weren’t applicable to my vehicle (only Audi we own) then why did I receive them? Misleading and a total waste of time. Disappointed in the management for turning me away when the service rep tried to make my trip out to the dealership good for something. Not what I expected from a high end dealership with an apparently great reputation. More

Mamta is great and helped put us in a car that we love. We set up a test drive for the Mini Countryman but she helped us test another car which fit us even better than the Mini. We bought an Audi A4 from Mamta 2 years ago and because of her service we drove all the way from Philly to get this car. Diana in finance was also a great help and can't wait until we return so we can get a Q8 and we will bring the KFC. More
