High Level of Customer Service I visited the dealership initially to get an orientation on a resale vehicle. Met with Reggie Dennis, and he gave us a high level of service as prosp I visited the dealership initially to get an orientation on a resale vehicle. Met with Reggie Dennis, and he gave us a high level of service as prospective buyers, without pressure, knowing that we are unlikely buyers-we had indicated that we would be buying my brother's leased vehicle after the lease ended. On a subsequent visit, he escorted us to the service advisor as we wanted a breakdown on future maintenance costs. After considering resale vs. new, we shopped around for competitive prices at other dealers before deciding on a new vehicle. We contacted Reggie for an opportunity to earn our business, and he took the time to present our offer as we wanted it presented. No pressure on us. Although we did not purchase on the day of the offer, the sales manager called us the following morning, and we had a win-win on hand. We decided to purchase. Post purchase, on delivery, Reggie took as much time as we needed for a thorough level of orientation of the vehicle. Our experience with Reggie on 4 different instances was definitely 5 Star. More

Worst aftersales experience Almost 6 months after purchase, and my car is finally in the condition originally promised to me. I purchased a vehicle out of state and had my ca Almost 6 months after purchase, and my car is finally in the condition originally promised to me. I purchased a vehicle out of state and had my car shipped to me. I paid full asking price for the vehicle, in exchange for the car being repaired / brought up to spec and delivered to me in good condition. Overall, the dealership failed to live up to its promises and took months too long to complete everything. In summary, the dealership: 1. General sales process incompetence. Car was presented dirty. I had to manage every step of the transaction - if not, days would pass before the salesperson properly followed up. 2. Failed to complete all aspects of the we owe, leaving me to have repairs done at a local shop. Quality of dealership repairs was abysmal. 3. F&I office repeatedly failed to properly submit paperwork to my lender and local DMV, wasting my time. 4. Car was delivered dirty with damage to it. Dealership ultimately paid the bill, but not until after I had to argue with them, wasting more of my time. Overall, the dealership wasted my time, delivered the car months after buying it and in a condition that was not as agreed. The dealership ultimately took steps to try to remedy the situation; however, buyer beware for anyone that values their time or an easy transaction. More
