Polite, knowledgable, and met me where I needed to be on price for both my trade-in and the certified pre-owned Audi Q5 I purchased. I particularly appreciated the honest and transparent guidance about add-on protections and walked away feeling like I got a great value on a great car. The process was as quick and efficient as buying a car can be, and they were able to beat the competitive financing offer I had previously secured. Highly recommend! More

Eric Ekpa doesn't play games, he works deals I visited with Eric this week to buy a used SUV, one that Cargurus had listed as a "Great Deal" to begin with, so all I had to negotiate was my trade I visited with Eric this week to buy a used SUV, one that Cargurus had listed as a "Great Deal" to begin with, so all I had to negotiate was my trade in. I knew how much I wanted to get for my trade and Eric worked with me and the sales management team to get approval so we could reach a number that both sides could live with. Overall this was painless and I was able to complete the transaction without any hassle. I would highly recommend working with Eric. Eric isn't a miracle worker, but he's willing to go to bat to make reasonable deals happen. More
