He and Sales Manager Ashley Smith worked diligently to ensure that I was completely satisfied. They answered all of my questions, presented various options based on my situation, made certain that I was comfortable with my choice of vehicle and met my needs every step of the way. While it wasn't my first time leasing a vehicle, the dealership could provide the Finance Dept with some additional training in helping customers understand the financing/leasing process and walking them through the paperwork more thoroughly. The process felt rushed and could have been handled better. Overall, I'd recommend this dealership if you're looking for a pleasant car buying experience. More

Ruined my credit score! They did a maneuver called “shot gunning” method on my credit. Essentially they hit 19 creditors all at once so they didn’t have to wait for approval They did a maneuver called “shot gunning” method on my credit. Essentially they hit 19 creditors all at once so they didn’t have to wait for approval. 😡 Instead or applying to the ones that based on tournament credit score will pass you, they hit every one to guarantee approval without have to think or wait. It brought down my score significantly and I now have 19 hard inquiries that will stay on there for 2 years. This is not looking out for the customer at all. I want to warn people so that this doesn’t happen to them. More
