Enquired about its availablity and got immediate responses from two sales associates. Made an appointment to test drive. Evening before test drive, received email to say vehicle was still available. Upon arrival at dealership, vehicle was sitting outside in front of the showroom (anticipating my test drive!). The dealership is large, expansive and immaculately kept. My sales associate, Mamta, was exemplary. She assured all my needs were met while test driving, getting information about the vehicle, discussing price, final sale and paperwork/documents to be completed. Drove home that evening in an exceptionally clean & well-maintained used Audi A5 Cabriolet. Even gift-boxed spare key and extra key ring...very classy touch! More

Saleem did a great job working with us in getting the numbers that we were looking to lock in. He never once said no, instead always responded with "I will try my best" and actually worked with the managers in getting the deal we were aiming for. Even after the deal, he reached out to us to make sure we were enjoying our new car and offered to help with any issues we were having with the car. Definitely walked out feeling accomplished and satisfied with the deal :) More

He offered options for us to consider and was helpful throughout the process with a factual, but low key approach to our inquiries. He made several useful insights into the purchasing process, which helped us make good decisions along the way. Moreover, he took a tremendous amount of time teaching us about the car, after we had purchased, which was invaluable to us. He did this even though it was beyond his normal work hours - thank you (the Q5 prestige is a high tech beast, but well worth it). Furthermore, knowing we were going on travel 2 days after purchase, he followed up with us this evening to see if we had any critical questions. Typically, I'm not a fan of used vehicles, however, given my need for multiple purchases in the near future, you helped me open my mind by allowing multiple test drives, and as I honed in on a CPO Q5, allowing me to take the vehicle to my mechanic for validation provided the reassurance I needed.
