We did our research for a while and once we decided what we wanted he find our vehicle right away. Always available to answer any questions, and willing to go the extra mile to meet our needs. This experience was totally different than previous ones. The staff was never pushy, especially Mark, he listened to exactly what we wanted and expected and delivered with excellence. Thank you so much for making time from your busy schedule to guide us through the users manual/demo. Needles to say; I looooove my car, and we are already thinking which Audi we shall get next. Almost 4 months later, Mark is still answering all questions we come up with regarding car maintenance and accessories availability. More

Good experience I've used Audi Chantilly for a few years to service my vehicles. I had a good experience with Eric on the purchase of my next vehicle. Yeah they tried I've used Audi Chantilly for a few years to service my vehicles. I had a good experience with Eric on the purchase of my next vehicle. Yeah they tried to sell options, but they didn't push or hassle - just presented the options and moved on. Audi finance got me a better interest rate than Navy Federal. I didn't think they would be able to do it, but they did. Overall pleasant experience. The only thing I would not recommend Audi Chantilly for is auto detailing. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR DETAILED AT CHANTILLY. This was the only service I ever hated and had serious issues with. Avoid that and you should be good to go. More

For this purchase, I worked with Audi Brand Specialist Mark Cooper. Two friends of mine were looking to purchase Audis as well and asked for my help - I was able to work all three deals (A5 Sportback and 2 A4s) with Mark at the same time in an efficient manner that didn't unnecessarily eat up a ton of my time. Mark is a fine representative for Audi both in product knowledge as well as customer service. I will definitely look to Mark again the next time we or anyone I know wants to purchase an Audi. More
