Mark was very professional and courteous through the entire process. Before I settled on buying my car with Audi Chantilly, I dealt with another local Audi dealership which lacked professionalism, integrity, and respect for me as a customer. The experience led me to contact Audi Chantilly through their Chat feature, and this is how I came across Mark. Mark promptly and succinctly addressed my questions and then followed up by an email. He was never pushy or, otherwise, insisting that I become their customer, and his demeanor and business approach ultimately led me to complete my purchase with Audi Chantilly. As a previous Q5 owner, I knew exactly what I was looking for in a 2018 model, and I also knew what price I was willing to pay. So, by the time I met Mark in person, we already settled on a price and a specific car that was sitting on their lot. In light of that, the buying process was swift and smooth. I believe that it took as around one and a half hours from the time we walked through the dealership door to the time we drove off the lot with our new car. If I were on the market for another Audi, I would definitely return to Mark and Audi Chantilly. I should also add that the Chantilly dealership is located in a nice area and the sales floor is very welcoming (clean and airy). More

Ms.Mamta Vohra was not only nice but v I just bought a Q 7 from Audi Chantilly. This was by far the best car buying experience I had in last 20 years. Ms.Mamta Vohra was not only nice but very knowledgeable, thorough and highly flexible to make it a best experience . The dealership was very clean, nicely decorated and easily accessible. The finance person Mr.Imad Alkadi also gets a 5 start rating for his attitude of "making things happen" and being flexible. In one words Audi Chantilly topped it all with their excellent employees mentioned above. I definitely recommend it for anyone considering buying a Luxury brand car. More
