DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT Take your Car here!!! Matt Frick, the service manager, is beyond unprofessional - he's rude and frankly a jerk. If you do take your car here make sure you stay on top of t Matt Frick, the service manager, is beyond unprofessional - he's rude and frankly a jerk. If you do take your car here make sure you stay on top of them and ask what the potential fees are at each step. They will use every chance they have to take advantage of you. Matt tried to stick me with a $1,600 bill and after discussing it with him he could not justify $1,100 worth of charges and removed them. This just shows that they are happy to rip you off if you're not paying attention. And forget about having them call you. I ended up having to drive to the dealer just to have a conversation with Matt because he would not return my phone calls or emails. Also, don't let them put you in a Hertz rental car (which they will try to do if they don't have any loaners available). They will make you pay for the rental out of pocket and then it takes 3-4 weeks for the charge to be removed from your card. Overall there was nothing pleasant, or even satisfactory, about my experience with Audi Chantilly. Do your self a favor and go to Tysons or Arlington. p.s. David Martin is awesome though. More

I put my car there for service to diagnose a problem , one week passed and still they couldn't figure out what was the problem or the issue causing th I put my car there for service to diagnose a problem , one week passed and still they couldn't figure out what was the problem or the issue causing the problem and thats only one week trying to figure out the problem not even trying to get it fixed , They keep telling me : we spent time on you car and we need to charge you another $135 every time they look it (how come you going to charge me addional $135 everytime you look at the car for the same diagnose and you cant tell me whats wrong with it ) . And the other thing they tell me : we are not sure whats the problem but we recomend you to change this and that so basically they were guessing , so the best choise was to pick up the car from there . and when it comes to customer service ( service department) i highly rate them with a BIG ZERO , i will give you a few examples of what they say when you call them : 1. Your advisor is not here , i will have him call you back . ( I drive to the dealership i find him (my advisor) sitting on his desk and i was still waiting for the call back ) it happened a couple times . 2. When i call to get some updates on the status of the car they tell me : its in the shop now we are looking at (I drive there again, the car still in the same spot where they left it the day before . 3. The one they keep doing the most when you ask for the service manager : they put you on hold for the longest time and they never pick up . I really dont recomend them for service at all ... I would go to tyson corner audi or Arlighton Audi before i ever think about taking my car to them . I'm just putting my experiece out there for people so they won't have to go through the same situation i been into. More

We don’t necessarily enjoy car shopping, but our salesperson made our day and our experience a pleasurable one. He was extremely friendly, courteous, attentive, and a consummate professional throughout the process. I was most impressed with the way he remained focused on our wants and needs throughout the afternoon and was never pushy or inconsiderate. It was our first experience with Audi and the Chantilly Dealership and it won’t be our last. We’ll give Marcus first chance when we are ready for our next vehicle. I would highly recommend Mr. Pearson and will surely share my experience with others. More

He was extremely friendly, court I recently purchased a new Audi Q5 from Chantilly Audi. I was extremely impressed with my salesperson, Ron Caruthers. He was extremely friendly, courteous, and willing to go more than the extra mile to make things work to my favor. He not only offered a test drive but on any vehicle I might be interested in. After concluding our negotiations, he set up followup appointments to go over all the features he demonstrated and insured we were comfortable with the car and its features. When a question arose he was not completely sure of, he sought technical help from service. Overall experience was outstanding. Would highly recommend this dealership and in particular Ron. More
Best Sales associate I have ever delt with I have just bought Audi A4 a month ago from Audi of Chantilly. Actually I was open to buy either Audi or Mercedes. I was sold to the most helpful, energetic, knowledgeable sales associate. I did not even make to the Mercedes dealership. Fabulous Service From Marcus Pearson and Audi Chantilly My wife, sons, and I came in to look at a used car on Sunday, June 1, 2014. It was our intention to look for a vehicle to "downsize" to and we really My wife, sons, and I came in to look at a used car on Sunday, June 1, 2014. It was our intention to look for a vehicle to "downsize" to and we really were just looking! That changed when we met met with Mr. Pearson! Let me just say that we not only purchased a Scion, but a Used Audi Q5 as well! My wife and I were both impressed with Mr. Pearson's customer service skills and attention to detail. He was attentive, knowledgeable and the consummate professional throughout the process! I was most impressed with the way he interacted and engaged with my wife and my children throughout the afternoon while remaining focused on our wants and needs in a vehicle! He won my wife over to the Q5 while never being "pushy" or inconsiderate. THIS IS WHAT A SALESPERSON SHOULD BE LIKE!
