Beautiful car thanks to Mark Cooper I recently purchased our first luxury car, an Audi Q7 and the experience was great. After Mark took my husband and I on several test drives, the only car I wanted was a specific metallic cobra beige color and Mark worked to ensure I received the exact car I wanted. Even thought it meant taking extra time and bringing the car to Chantilly from PA. Overall Mark was very patient, knowledgeable, and provides excellent customer service. I have been driving Audi cars for the past ten years and the last six with Mark’s advice kept me in the Audi family. My lease was coming up and I was planning to switch brands to explore something different. When I told this to Mark he went above and beyond. He took a lot of his time explaining me the technology, new features, showed me different models of Q5’s, took me for test drives and gave me a great offer.
