Here are the specific reasons why I feel he provided great customer service: 1) I saw the car on Cars.com, took it for a test drive, and knew we wanted to buy it. I wanted to put a deposit on it until two days later when my wife could drive it. Chantilly Audi does not take deposits, but Marcus came up with a solution. 2) When we wanted to use financing from our credit union, Marcus and the Audi business office made it smooth sailing. 3) Finally, when I took the Metro out to Vienna to pick up the car, Mr. Pearson was so kind as to pick me up from the Metro station. The next day, the Mazda passed Maryland inspection 100%. Overall, I feel that Chantilly Audi gave us a very fair price on a fine car, and that Marcus and the business office have provided above average service so far. If I get my permanent tags back from the dealership in a timely manner, I would say that the service was excellent. More

We are proud and very happy owners of a 2014 Audi Q5 that we purchased from Audi in Chantilly in late December 2013. We also wanted you to know that much of our positive experience was due to the outstandin we purchased from Audi in Chantilly in late December 2013. We also wanted you to know that much of our positive experience was due to the outstanding service, support and knowledge of our Sales Specialist, Ms. Sharon Gingell. The key was to find someone who we could synch with and who could answer various questions, understand our perspective and requirements, and help guide us to the right car. We found it in Ms. Gingell, and almost immediately, when Sharon suggested we check out and test drive a Q5 even though we walked onto the lot intent, almost determined, to buy an A4. Sharon provided valuable, insightful and relevant information about the car, Audi and your services which helped us draw on our own conclusions about the utility, practicality and compatibility of the Q5 for us over an A4 or any of your other cars. We found Sharon to be knowledgeable, extremely helpful and service-oriented. We test drove a couple of Q5's over the course of a couple of visits and looked at many more on the lot. Each time, Sharon patiently highlighted the differences and helped us narrow our search for the car we wanted. With her help, we found it. We have the highest praise and compliments for Ms. Gingell, and believe she is a five star sales specialist selling a five star SUV. In fact, we offer her our greatest compliment; namely, that we would buy another car from her. We look forward to continuing the great experience that Sharon has started between us and Audi of Chantilly, and hope to grow this with your Service Department and maybe even another car in the future. Nick was a dream to work with. First, he actually listened to us. He wasn't pushy. When I found a slightly better deal at another dealership he met with his manager to not only match the deal, but listened to us. He wasn't pushy. I highly recommend Marcus Pearson and the Audi Chantilly team for your automotive needs. Dealing with sales people (particularly auto sales people) can be such a negative experience -- dealing with Marcus team for your automotive needs. Marcus had a very good-natured and no pressure approach to sales. He was attentive and insured we were matched with the best vehicle to meet our requirements and budget. Most importantly, Marcus lead with honesty and integrity: he was up front and forthright about vehicles that might be problematic for us. Marcus was not afraid to admit when he did not know the answer to a question; however, he was certain to track down answers and to be sure that all our questions were answered before we sealed the deal. At the end of the day, we were certain that we got the best value possible. Again, I highly recommend Marcus Pearson and the Audi Chantilly team for a car buying experience that is as smooth and as comfortable as the ride in our new used 2004 BMW 525i. More

I bought the car about 2 1/2 months ago. It ended up needing new tires when I was told it didn't. When I brought it in to see if I could be helped out with the situation, the general manager was very ni needing new tires when I was told it didn't. Very poor customer service as Lily seem to be juggling 3 customers at one time. I ended up buying a car that was supposed to be "dealer loaner'. When brought the car home, it had personal belongings of pe customers at one time. I ended up buying a car that was supposed to be "dealer loaner'. When brought the car home, it had personal belongings of person who actually had bought car previously and traded it in. Her personal information was left in the car. I was lied to by Lily and the dealership and they tried to double charge me on warrantee that had carried over from the car. Would not buy another car from Lily or this dealership More
