Initially I had a problem with the car breaking down due to the car needing a brake sensor to be replaced which costed approximately $300. I contacted the dealership to reimbursement for the amount because to the car needing a brake sensor to be replaced which costed approximately $300. I contacted the dealership to reimbursement for the amount because I had only bought the car four days prior (usesd car). At that time they instructed me to send a fax of the invoice and they would see what they could do. There was a lack in communication because I thought the dealership received the fax and was not responding to help reimburse me for the amount. Later to find out the dealership contacted me and at that time I realized they never received the fax and they were willing to reimburse me for the amount of the brake sensor. Now I am satisfied and a check is in the mail for the reimbursement amount. Thanks to sales manager Jahangir for clearing everything up and reimbursing me! More

I met Jacob Jay on my second visit to Audi Chantilly. He was responsive but not pushy and treated me properly as a female customer capable of making buying decisions. He kept me updated on the status of my car order - it took 3 months as he predicted. Jacob agreed to arrive at the dealership 2 hours early to accommodate my schedule, deliver my beautiful 2012 S4 and conduct the new owner orientation. It was a beautiful experience (Jacob set a lot of the common features for me sparring me the pain of getting frustrated and leaving my manual reading to the fun features)and it was all completed in a couple hours. The post sale add-on pitch was a soft sell, very different from my Acura experience. I am loving my Audi S4 and Audi Chantilly! More

Had to take care in for service...Matthew Frick and David Martin should give classes for grade "A" customer service & customer care. I was made to feel like I was the only customer they had serviced that day. Matthew's technical expertise is stellar! David's level of care and knowledge is beyound reproach. They are honest and caring. You can sense the feel of family, and that would be whether you are dropping in to browse or you're there for a major service. Big or small you are well taken care of! I could not has asked for a better experience! I will ALWAYS bring my Audi back for their tender loving care! More

I was greeted in a most friendly and professional manner by the receptionist. The sales person was most professional, listened to my desires and requirements, provided the vehicle I wanted, gave me a good p by the receptionist. There was no pressure, tension or feeling of discomfort. The sales person has scheduled an hour to walk me through the vehicle's technical options and accessories. Overall, both the sales person and the financing department performed their respective tasks and functions in a most friendly and very professional fashion. More

We never felt pushed or pressured, and never felt ignored. Exactly the right balance. When we decided on our purchase, he made the process exceptionally easy. Overall - the entire dealership staff including the maintenance department is exceptional. The facility is immaculate and everyone is extremely helpful and professional. This is our second purchase of an A8L from the Penske Auto group and our third purchase overall of an A8L. The customer service recieved in the past was good but nothing comparible to this time. The purchase of this new 2011 was a 5 month escapade in which Jacob provided his undivided, professional attention. His understanding of what we were looking for in a car and non pressure sales professionalism is what kept us interested in this car and dealership. I pursued a relentless attack of demands,requirements and questions which Jacob handled with pose and confidence. Shelly and I would like to thank jacob and your staff for a great car buying expereince and look forward to the same propfessionalism during the servicing.
