Excellent Service Advisor! I called on Monday 10/1/18 to schedule an appoint concerning my 2011 Audi R8. I was receiving an "Oil Sensor Defect". I spoke with Mark Price who ide I called on Monday 10/1/18 to schedule an appoint concerning my 2011 Audi R8. I was receiving an "Oil Sensor Defect". I spoke with Mark Price who identified that he could get me in on 10/3/18, but due to the short notice, I had an option to wait because there were no loaner cars available. I understood and made my scheduled appointment. After I arrived, Mark was able to not only provide a status update on my problem , but have a loaner car available for me to go to work. It is a great feeling when the Service Advisor knows your name and goes the extra mile to make sure that the customer is happy. Mark Price goes the extra mile.
