I am an automotive enthusiast with an eye for detail when it comes to cars, and this is perhaps my 15th Audi—most all of which have been from Audi of Charlotte. My experience this time, as it has been in the past, was phenomenal from start to finish with the fine people there—in particular with Walter Shelton in sales, Joe DeMatteo in management, Peppi Bonocore in finance, and Kyle Andes in delivery. Each one of them went above and beyond to make me happy, and to make the experience—and my car—truly memorable and exceptional. On the occasions in the past where I've worked with or reached out to other Audi dealers in the region, none have compared in terms of friendliness, integrity, care and overall satisfaction. Poor communication and sub par expereince I decided to review this dealership due to especially poor communication by Erika Gillard their internet sales manager. I had expressed interest in their Audi A5 sportsback but after the initial quote there was no further communication by Erica. I had mentioned what time I was going to stop by on Saturday August 4th but she did not respond or told me which sales manager would I be dealing with. We went anyways and Jimmy Barnett was the sales contact we dealt with.He met us at the door so we didn't really had any choice. I was hoping to deal with someone experienced such as Max along with Erika and felt like we were handed off and was such a downer from the get go. Jimmy being very new does not see to have any leverage regards to pricing negotiations and had to run every numbers by his manager. This dealership seemed very busy and short with us, so after just one exchange of prices, we were told that they cannot go any lower than 5 % MSRP. They just does not seemed to be too keen or willing to work with the customers. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, for their lack of communication, unfriendly service More
Max gives his Max I had never before purchased an Audi. My family was firmly in the Lexus camp with all five aboard. However, my daughter talked up the Q7 (that was o I had never before purchased an Audi. My family was firmly in the Lexus camp with all five aboard. However, my daughter talked up the Q7 (that was out of her budget) and when looking for a large new SUV went tot Audi Charlotte to see the car. In addition a close friend shopped all the cars and recommended the Q7. The car drove well and had more features than I could ever use, but had the perquisite safely features that I did not have on my older car. Things like lane assist are for everyone, not just older drivers like myself. Max was helpful without being pushy, and many times said he would rather have a pleased customer than pressured sale. We got the car and Max treated us with respect. In fact, my daughter liked it so much that we traded her for her older Lexus. You cannot go wrong with Max. He gives maximum energy and thought into the customer needs. And he promised to be the point man for any service requests. More

Tobias, our sales rep was knowledgeable and showed interest in us as more than customers. They were prompt in addressing issues with our vehicle that needed attention. Tobias taught us how to operate the car and especially the infotainment and navigation system. He helped us sync our iPhone as well. He did a great job. I hope you get him as a sales rep! More

I wasn't sure about it, but from the minute we walked in, we were treated with great care. Our Brand Specialist, Rich, was very knowledgeable on the vehicles we test drove and answered all our questions. After coming from another dealership where we had an awful experience, this was a breath of fresh air! We didn't make a decision that day, but no other dealership was able to match the experience we had at Audi. It definitely wasn't the cheapest option, but Rich made us confident that we were making the right decision. When I went in to fill out the final paperwork, everyone in the process was fantastic-- from the finance guy to the tech guy! We would definitely recommend Audi of Charlotte! More
