Yesterday I made the decision to move forward with the possible purchase of a 2018 S4 after my A4 was serviced with Mark Price. Mark introduced me to Greg Butler, and the process was very straightforward. I'd done my research, knew what I wanted and what I was willing to pay, and after driving the car Greg and I were able to have a simple conversation and come to terms within minutes. Greg was knowledgeable, and a very easy person to work with. He delivered on everything he said he would, and even went above and beyond as I was with Marcus in Finance to help me move things from my trade-in that I'd neglected to clear earlier. Lastly, he introduced me to Patrick Hayden who is a fellow S4 driver and it was an extra bonus to be able to talk to him about his experience with the car. Marcus was also a pleasure to work with. He patiently explained my options around financing and maintenance/warranty, and we were able to come to an agreement in a simple fashion. Lastly, Audi of Charlotte's service group is a major reason I bought a new Audi. Mark is always a pleasure to work with when my car is being serviced, and now I can thank him further for introducing me to Greg to make my buying experience a pleasure. More
