Then once you arrive, walk in and immediately ask for Walter! The guy knows his stuff. I just recent bought an A5 and he broke the car down info and specs like he was the one who built it in the first place. He’s not pushy at all, and will let you make your own decisions. When I originally got to the lot, I wasn’t really looking to buy that day, just see a couple and maybe crunch some numbers, but after meeting Walter and listening to him speak, I knew I had to get it. I will definitely be back for another one! Once you finished purchasing your new Audi, make sure you go see Kyle, he’s the technology guru and will pretty much go over everything Walter has already told you but even more detailed! After some confusion, Rich came over and said come with me, I’ll walk you through this. He showed me my options and that’s how I discovered I would get $24K+. Holy crap. He jumped through hoops for 10 days practically doing everything needed so I could get the $$. We test drove 10-12 cars, and I now have a brand new Audi with my Steeler plate installed by him. He’s the bomb....funny, capable, willing to do what it takes to ensure customer satisfaction. For a good time and a great experience, I HIGHLY recommend Rich. More

Richard supported us with our Diesel claim and settlement details, found us the new and exact Q7/TDI that we needed, all while answering numerous calls and emails along the way. Pricing was finalized prior to arrival, which motivated us to fly to Charlotte in the afternoon and drive the Q7 back to Charleston by the end of the day.
