Very knowledgeable on what the Audi brand had to offer to their owners in both service and performance. His follow-up has been what I would classify as just right - not too much but just enough. He did everything he said he would do and these days, that means a lot. I've traditionally felt that the car buying experience was never good, Richard changed that opinion during this process. After being a customer for more than 20 years that remark was strange! - Although I had an appointment and was early, I had to wait 2 hours to finalize the"paperwork". - The sales pitch on extended warranties is confusing and out of touch, in my view. - Driving home, noticed the car had some issues with the brakes above 50 mph, so it went back to the dealership the next day. Would not expect that, otherwise I had test driven before. More

I don't know anyone who likes the experience of purchasing a car, especially a woman. Joe DeMatteo helped me select the last Audi which was a great experience. This time Richard contacted me directly and we exchanged voice messages, texts and a fax to show me some buying options before making an appointment to meet for the first time last Saturday. I arrived 15 minutes early for the appointment and while on my way out to look at the cars I asked Joel where the A4's were and I asked hime to walk over and show them to me. Since he reminded me of my favorite brother, I asked him if I could work with him. Actually, I insisted and he reassured me he would work it out with Richard. I tell you this because I have never seen such a stellar display of sportsmanship between the three men. Given my request potentially affected Richards opportunity to earn a commission, he was gracious and supportive. And, while negotiating the final deal, Joe offered a opportunity to purchase a car that was not yet on the lot. Each person demonstrated their commitment to keep me a happy customer while making the best deal possible. All this being said, you have an extraordinary team and I am thrilled with my experience at the dealership and thrilled with my new Audi.
