The sales associates are very well informed with the vehicles they are selling as well with helping you through the entire car purchasing process. They made sure the car I was purchasing was the right one for me, as well as making sure its reliable. The financial director walked me through everything very clearly so I had no questions. Since this first audi purchase I will not be purchasing another vehicle brand outside of Audi. I would recommend Audi of Charlotte for your next new or pre-owned vehicle. More

When I first time visited the dealer, I was not sure what I was going to purchase for my next My recent 2018 Audi Q5 purchase was a great experience. When I first time visited the dealer, I was not sure what I was going to purchase for my next vehicle. My friend and I were in the showroom and Joel greeted us with smile. He offered help and answered questions. I was interested in Q3 at the time and we test drove the SUV. Joel was very knowledgeable to the vehicle and gave us a very good intro before/during/after the session. Of course I couldn't decide at the time and we moved on to other dealers. My second visit was a planned visit. Since I read about a lot of good reviews on 2018 Q5, I want to test drive Q5 before I would make a call. Again, Joel was very helpful with this experience. I didn't feel any sales pressure at all. Finally I decided to purchase Q5. After the purchased, Kyle Andes (Technology Specialist) introduced himself and offered help on overall vehicle technology intro. I setup a separate session with Kyle. He was so knowledgeable to be able to give me an overall introduction of the vehicle and answered all of my questions. I have a few specific questions and he addressed them all. For instance, the truck door was opened too high and it hit my garage door. Kyle was able to adjust the opening height for the trunk. I also made a second appointment with Kyle to go-over additional questions. I definitely think this is an added value to the Audi of Charlotte. I truly enjoyed the experience with Joel & Kyle and would love to share this with everyone. I'd highly recommended. More
