"Welcome to the Family" I just purchased my first Audi, an S5 sportback. I'm in love with my car and proud to be a part of the Audi family. Joel was very laid back and made I just purchased my first Audi, an S5 sportback. I'm in love with my car and proud to be a part of the Audi family. Joel was very laid back and made it a personable experience. The dealership seems to be top notch and is very clean and comfortable. Haven't had any service yet so can't speak to that but I'm sure it will be great. A lot of the deal was handled via email so if I emailed Joel after his work day the sales manager was quick to reply with answers when Joel wasn't around. A real team effort I guess you could say. This was my first luxury car purchase and Audi of Charlotte made it a pleasant experience that I'm sure I will repeat in the future. Thank you. More

I am really glad that I went This was my first time buying an Audi. I have been to other dealerships in the area and looked at other brands as well. I am really glad that I went to Audi of Charlotte. Richard was extremely knowledgeable, he took the time to understand what I wanted, gave his feedback. He found me a car that was just what I had wanted. Unlike other dealer experiences, where you go back and forth 10 times to negotiate, Richard asked me what my budget was and he came back with an offer that was what I needed. The experience was much different than others, and for me, that's what sets them apart. Richard stayed in touch with me throughout the process and today, I picked up an amazing Ride. Professionalism I called the dealership in regards to Audicare, Max took my call, my info and said he would forward it to the people who handle that. He emailed me back within an hour and he himself went and found out the info I was looking for. We've never met, I'm not his customer and he could've just forwarded my info to another department and left it at that. True professional. More
