Amazing experience Max and the rest of the staff at Audi of charlotte gave us the most amazing service possible! I got a car with a Defect in a tire, no support from dealer. I bought this car because of the price, however, I noticed there was no real discount at all, it was a pre owned car, however, other Audi dealers sell I bought this car because of the price, however, I noticed there was no real discount at all, it was a pre owned car, however, other Audi dealers sell this vehicle brand new for extra 500 dollars, in overall there was not a real reason to buy the car at Audi of Charlotte. I did not get any real benefit from the dealer, no discounts, no any extras, no benefit. I bought this car because I like it, and that's it. The sales person was really friendly, no complaints, however, I did not get any other suggestions or more options. He was limited to complete the purchase process (transaction). Major problem came when I noticed a tire defect, no support from the dealer even when the car has a factory defect, Dealer recommended to buy a new tire at another place, they did not even check the tire for a possible factory issue. I will not recommend this dealer or Audi, in fact, I'm encouraging my friends and family to think twice before buying it. One of my friend who was actually decided for the A4 decided to buy Mercedez after let him know about my bad experience and lack of support. More

He came across as a very presentable, person I came to Audi of Charlotte with one month left on my A6 lease to discuss my options with Joel Handschin. He came across as a very presentable, personable and professional representative of the dealership. He listened very carefully to my needs. We reviewed several options and in the end, Joel did a great job in guiding me to a 2018 A5. He worked very well with his manager and the negotiations which can be tense and stressful was anything but that. It was smooth and pleasant. The A5 is awesome considering the fact that my last two cars were the Audi A6 and R8. I would highly recommend Audi of Charlotte and the brand. More
