Walter was incredible, listened to all of my needs and wants AND made sure my experience this time was seamless, considerate of my time and that I left happy. i highly recommend Walter for sales, Marcus for financing and Bill for service. Working with Walter Shelton and Joe DeMatteo on the sales side has been a pleasure, and they have repeatedly gone out of their way (even on their days off) to ensure my happiness and satisfaction with the entire car-buying experience before, during and beyond the purchase. Working with Peppi Bonocore in Finance is likewise a pleasure, and he swiftly yet thoroughly goes through all the paperwork and my options to ensure I'm getting the best deal possible. And finally, Kyle Andes has been a big help in making sure I understand and can use all the amazing technology in my new car; despite my familiarity with Audis, he always shows me something new that I didn't know about the cars. My fiancé and I looked at several luxury SUVs before narrowing it down to the Audi Q7 and Range Rover SE. I'll be honest and say that Joel was a big factor for choosing the Audi! Over the course of several months we visited the dealership a few times for test drives, including Joel arranging a day for me to test drive the car for several hours at my own leisure. He was also very responsive via email and perhaps best of all, he was never pushy when we were taking awhile to make our decision. I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking for an Audi! As far as the dealership itself goes, customer service with everyone we dealt with was second to none. The place has an air of luxury without being pretentious. Great snack and drink choice too! Their service was unp We are prior Audi owners, unfortunately whike we loved the car, we had a horrible experience with the dealership in Columbia SC. Their service was unprofessional and misleading. In light of that, we were reluctant to visit an Audi dealership again, regardless of how much we enjoyed our Audi. Fast forward to the present. We have been in the market for a new luxury SUV, and have visited various dealerships to include Land Rover, BMW, and Lexus. While celebrating our sons birthday in Charlotte, we decided to stop by and look at the Q5. So glad we did. We met Natalya Depasse. We told her what we were interested in and she helped us come up with the packages we desired. My husband explained to her he was awaiting a job offer overseas and that we couldn't commit to anything until we knew what would happen with that offer. Regardless, she continued working with us knowing there a possibility we may not be able to make a purchase. He demeanor never changed. She allowed us the opportunity to fall back in love with Audi again. Unfortunately for Natalya, my husband received the job overseas so we decided to wait as we did not want to ship two vehicles. If not for that, we would have purchased a Q5 from her. Thanks to Natalya Depasse, she was able to bring two very disgruntled customers back to Audi. Though we won't be able to purchase one in the US, we will become proud Audi owners again. We appreciate all Natalya did for us and wish the very best for her and her future at Audi. More
