He is wonderfully knowledgeable, easy going, and overall great at his job. He explained things very well and was extremely patient in answering the myriad of questions that my wife and I had. I never felt pressured. Since our purchase Patrick has remained very responsive and has answered any question that we had. He met with my wife (after doing the same with me) to teach her about the car's various gadgets, and went out of his way to help in a variety of other ways. He simply continues to go above and beyond what I would have expected.
