I new exactly what year, make, model, options, and interior/exterior colors I was looking for befo I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Audi A6. I new exactly what year, make, model, options, and interior/exterior colors I was looking for before visiting the dealership. What appeared to be my ideal car popped up as 'Newly Listed' on AutoTrader. I called and spoke with Ernesto. He was extremely professional, answered my questions clearly, and scheduled an appointment for me to see the car. When I arrived at the dealership, the car was already pulled around and ready for me to see so that was a time-saver for the appointment. Although I had done a lot of research, Ernesto did a great job of sharing additional information that I didn't know to do research on. In other words, he answered questions that I didn't even know to ask. The entire purchase process was professional, respectful, and I felt valued as a customer. Ernesto called me the day after I bought the car to see what questions I had and to remind me about the free car washes and that both he and Kyle were available to help me get to know my car. As for the car, I'm absolutely loving it! More

I was indecided when I left because I had my mind set on two vehicles, one which was at another dealership. I chose to purchase the vehicle at Audi because of the professionalism and his willingness to deal with an indecisive customer (me)! We exchanged several emails, texts, and phone calls. He never pressured me, most of the communication was initiated by me with a lot of questions ( he was so patient with me). I called him back on his day off and he met me at the dealership to talk with me about the car. I did purchase the car and I am elated! Thanks Ernesto for everything! I love my car! More
