Easy to make and modify appointments. The service staff is excellent on answering questions and keeping me updated on the work being done and the completion time. The service staff is excellent on answering questions and keeping me updated on the work being done and the completion time. More

A check engine light appeared on the dash of my 2016 Audi Q3 so I brought it into the Chicago Audi Service Center. I thought, who better to resolve this issue than the Audi Service Center? Boy, was I wrong. Q3 so I brought it into the Chicago Audi Service Center. I thought, who better to resolve this issue than the Audi Service Center? Boy, was I wrong. I was informed that a multi-point inspection would identify all the issues and resolve them. Once the inspection was complete, the agent pointed out a variety of issues they recommended, and, foolishly, I agreed to have the work done. The repair staff allegedly worked on a variety of issues, including coolant, which they found mixed with gas. They then allegedly fixed all the issues and, after spending more than $10,000 to resolve them all, I took my car home. However, the following day, another light on the dash illuminated indicating the coolant level was low. I subsequently returned to the service center and was told there was likely a bubble in a coolant line. I ended up returning three subsequent times only to be told there was another issue—not caused by them of course—and it would cost more for repairs. After four trips, spending more than $11,000 and experiencing maximum runaround and frustration, the car was finally repaired. The misinformation and incompetence of the service staff is not only an embarrassment to Audi; it is preventing me from ever considering buying another Audi. More
