I am a out of state buyer from NY who has purchased at least 3 vehicle's from other states in the past with great results and communication. I was initially working with Mya then Arly neither seemed to know anything about the cars history or modifications. The communication was poor from the beginning with simple questions not being answered such as what type of tires summer/ all seasons. The purchase order sent to me had several inconsistencies such as increased old price then amended with new price but somehow the title fee's were now hundreds more. Hoping it was just a clerical error I gave them the benefit of the doubt. After a couple weeks with out really making any progress I called to speak with a manager. I got Troy who was able to give me some much needed background info that was lacking from my prior conversation with Arly and Mya. I should mention I had my own financing lined up with my credit union for a very low rate. I told them if they could match it or get close I would finance with them to show good faith . I wanted at this point to put down a deposit to give me some confidence they wouldn't sell the car while I completed the credit application. Troy explained that they will not take a deposit until they have financing and proof of funds and scheduled pick up dates. I was then approved for terms that were acceptable and proceeded to move forward with the purchase. This was on 11/8 approval done explained to Colleen in financing that I would be in contact on Monday with Troy to figure out a pickup date. Now on Monday 11th via email confirmed with Troy I will be setting up travel plans for the trip from Buffalo NY to their dealership. The weather forecast was freezing weather and snow with the car having summer tires on it I wouldn't have been comfortable picking up the car till later In the week or following Monday. Per previous email Troy's condition were they would hold the vehicle for me if conditions were met i.e. financing and pick up dates. I sent him email that I would be there to pickup the vehicle either that Saturday or Monday and financing was already approved. I received a email from Troy on 11/11 explaining that they had sold the vehicle. Long story short after taking the time to make reservations and letting my employer know I would need one of those days off I felt completely misled. If you are a out of state buyer don't bother submitting a credit application with them it won't matter. If you think they will keep their promises and verbal agreement to hold a car while you travel to them they will not. I lost all trust in not only Troy but Audi Chicago. The best part about it is checking on the vehicle ad later in the day 11/11/25 they reduced the price by 600.00. They not only lost out the additional income but failed to do to the thing that most businesses strive to be which is transparent and honest. So if your out of state looking for a new or used car please for your sake shop elsewhere or risk a ton of wasted time and resources. I expected more from a Audi dealership do better next time Audi Chicago. More

Process was fast and smooth while the agent who I spoke with was knowledgeable, too. I had my Q5 in for its scheduled oil change and winter readiness. Mike, my service advisor is knowledgeable and I always learn things from him as my car ages. It was one of the best experiences. My car sent a message saying an electronic malfunction. Drive to Fletcher Jones Audi. They took my car, gave me a loaner and I was on my way, on a Friday afternoon! Called me Monday told me what was wrong and picked it up Monday evening. Mike the service man was very kind to me and Cesar the technician kept me up to date. Very easy!! More
