Channing Greene at Fletcher Jones Audi is the nicest best sales person you could hope to work with. He is responsive and incredibly knowledgeable and lovely to work with and spend time with. I had a really bad experience at this dealership recently. My Audi lease recently came to an end. In reviewing lease end options, I decided to purchase the car at the end of the term. While I had th recently. My Audi lease recently came to an end. In reviewing lease end options, I decided to purchase the car at the end of the term. While I had the option to buy directly from Audi Financial at the pre-determined payoff amount, the dealership convinced me that it was better to process the transaction through them, as they took care of all the paperwork, expedited approvals etc. They informed me that there would be a processing fee of $600. While I thought that was a pretty hefty fee, I wanted to avoid the hassle of all the paperwork, DMV, title transfer etc. I got to the dealership, and they gave me all the paperwork to sign. I was informed that there was an additional dealer fee of $1200, in addition to the $600 transaction fee. A whopping $1800 to just buyout the lease! I showed them the Audi Financial payoff quote and asked the manager to help me understand why I should pay them $1800 to buyout the lease when I could just pay Audi Financial $1800 less. I was informed that the fees were non negotiable. I walked out of the dealership and used the online payment option to execute the payoff. Audi Financial sent me the title in 2 days. It took me 15 minutes and $50 at the DMV to get a new title issued. I really found their behavior to be egregious! Not just the hefty fee, for doing very little, but also the bait and switch to get me into the dealership and the lack of transparency. Needless to say, will never be buying an Audi from this dealership again! More
