I explained some issues I was having with my Allroad, including a suspected mouse nest somewhere under the hood. Jim was in touch throughout the service process and called to let me know that a mouse nest was indeed found and removed. Damaged wires were replaced, and all other items of service were completed in a timely manner. The drivers of the pick up/drop off service shuttle were wonderful. It's really nice to have this level of service anywhere these days, Fletcher Jones Audi excels in top quality customer service from start to finish! More
