Top notch service The dealership is very attentive, professional, and courteous. They take care of the customers and make you feel like your business is wanted. This is not the closest Audi dealer to me, but it is the one I go to, since the other unnamed one only treats me with indifference and slow service. Not so here. In all our interactions, Brian has been very patient and friendly with walking us through the specifications of the car and all available options in a low pressure environment, and has gone the extra mile to find us the car that met our requirements, including arranging several test drives, searching for available cars, and the process to build a car. We had looked at the Q5 at another Audi dealership in the suburbs. However, we specifically came back to Fletcher Jones Audi because, based on the interactions that we had with Brian Hanson, we knew that we specifically wanted to deal with him to make the purchase of our car an enjoyable process.
