The problems were rapidly diagnosed and Lance walked me through the technicians' findings and recommendations, carefully taking the time to explain the significance of each of the issues that were identified. Since the work that was needed to be done was substantial, it was not possible to get back my car on the same day, consequently Lance arranged for me to receive a loaner vehicle to use until the repairs were completed late Monday afternoon. Throughout the experience Lance was in constant contact with me, keeping me informed of progress and answering any questions that I had. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience. Everyone that I came into contact during my visit was extremely friendly and courteous and the service was first class, I would strongly recommend the dealership to a friend. More
