The experience was excellent. From the car porter on. I purchased my car from an out of state dealer and expected that would be an issue with service level but was wrong. I bought a CPO 2011 Audi S4 in November 2013 all the way from the state of Virginia. My car purchasing experience with Matthew Bogdan at Fletcher Jones Audi was the best I've ever had. At the time, I was from the state of Virginia. My car purchasing experience with Matthew Bogdan at Fletcher Jones Audi was the best I've ever had. At the time, I was deployed overseas, but from the start, Matthew worked with me from long distance with quick responses to my numerous questions. Their pre-owned prices are unmatched. He cut me the best deal in the country as I was searching nationwide for my car. I was personally welcomed at the airport by Matthew and he immediately displayed his professionalism. After arriving at the dealership, I was out of there within 2 hours because he knew I was in hurry to get on the road. He got me the best finance rate (beat my credit union) and even coordinated my home state (Virginia) taxes and DMV registration fees. Matthews honesty, extensive Audi knowledge, and hard working attitude will definitely bring me back when I'm ready to buy another car. More
