My first Audi I looked at A7's across the Southeast for over a year so I felt like I was fairly well informed. The car I just purchased is a 2014 that only had 7000 I looked at A7's across the Southeast for over a year so I felt like I was fairly well informed. The car I just purchased is a 2014 that only had 7000 miles on it, the original owner had done several upgrades to the brakes, wheels, a carbon fiber interior and RS air intakes in the front spoiler. I spoke to Sean Umlauf on the phone and we set up a time to meet. After seeing and driving the car I made a deposit and Sean said they would hold it for 24 hours. After talking it over with my wife I decided to buy the car and called the next day but it was before Sean arrived. Scott Stobie the sales manager was the person that answered my call so after a brief negotiation we made our deal. Sean called later and asked when i wanted to pick up the car, he said that they would need me for about an hour to finalize the paperwork. I met with Preston Rogers to finalize the purchase, he was professional and not pushy about the various coverages that were available on the car. I typically NEVER buy additional warranties, tire and wheel coverage, door ding coverage or anything of the sort but after the low key explanation about the discounted pricing and the various advantages I bought the middle package of the coverages. The closing took 1 hour as promised! Connor Baird delivered a perfectly prepped used car that looked new inside and out. Sean spent a long while explaining the myriad of features of the A7, he set up my phone with the blue tooth, established the Sirius XM subscription and has even sent me a text three days after to make sure everything is satisfactory. The whole experience was my best car buying episode ever! More

Concierge Quality Service! Connor Baird could not have done more to make my service experience better!
