Very disappointed and loyal client lost. I was swindled by Audi Coral Springs into a pull ahead deal which was not honored. I was charged for expenses that the dealer committed to cover. Long time client that this dealer and consequently the brand has lost. This dealer no longer stands by their agreements as they used to. The service advisor that I have helped me sent me an email saying that my car at the end of the job is going to get clean and it’s gonna look nice and everything will be good. They gave me my car with a whole bunch of ends inside it has to pay somebody to come to my house and clean the car because they gave me my car all dirty and messed up. I don’t know where they parked the car, but it has a whole bunch Of, paid somebody fix choose I shouldn’t do that. You know I will never recommend that service department to not know my friends that they drive an Audi. More
