STAY FAR AWAY FROM AUDI CORAL SPRINGS SERVICE First STAY FAR AWAY FROM AUDI CORAL SPRINGS SERVICE First Issue- I brought my vehicle here for service for an engine light on my dashboard that stated. STAY FAR AWAY FROM AUDI CORAL SPRINGS SERVICE First Issue- I brought my vehicle here for service for an engine light on my dashboard that stated. Vehicle misfire malfunction on my 2017 A4. My service advisor stated my vehicle was fixed, and they were placed. An engine coils. Exactly 6 days later. The same issue happens again. I take my vehicle back. To the dealership. And they stated they are going to replace the other three engine coils (as goodwill) Because my warranty just expired. Approximately. A week in three days later. My vehicle's in there again. For the same thing. They now stated. It is spark plugs. That I now must pay for out of pocket. This dealership is incompetent. On fixing any vehicles. They do not know what they're doing. They are playing a guessing game, hoping the customer will not notice or file a complaint. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE Second issue- Audi of coral springs Service advisor, Service director and General manager knowingly allowed other service advisors and technicians to falsify Repair orders, so customers must pay more. Service technician Andy Powell falsified Vehicle inspection form on September 1, 2021, Service technician Justin falsified Vehicle inspection form on September 22, 2021, my vehicle inspection form from other dealerships right after that shows items require further attention. Third Issue- I had someone else take my vehicle in for service prior to theses issue but once I started taken my vehicle in I was treat it differently , for almost two years I been receiving a loaner vehicle from this location and a little after a month of the service staff seen me they then decided to tell me I needed to bring back the loaner and show proof that my vehicle belongs to me with a copy of the registration. They clam AUDI USA needed to verify the car belongs to me. Which was a lie because no corporate office. Going to ask you for a copy of your registration. Furthermore, I spoke to three different Audi dealerships. In South Florida. And they all told me. That is invalid No dealership is going to ask you for a copy of your registration to make sure that the vehicle belongs to you Before anything is paid for when other dealer and auction bring in a car for service before they sell it the car in not registered to anyone. Fourth Issue- I spoke to the general sales manager, Brandon Reference to the issues I've been having With Service, and he stated they it is the customer fault for not having the service advisor properly document the repair order Even though the service advisor knows we had a conversation about the issues. On my vehicle and he stated they didn't have any loaners at the time so Brandon said it the customer fault and I should have MADE my service advisor write don’t in detail the reason why I was unable to being my car in. Audi of coral springs goes completely against Audi core values, No Integrity, No Respect. Please stay Far away from this location. Dropped my car off believed their story and paid for labor and parts , 4 months later I have same issue. They said I needed all new parts and labor and blamed it on outdoor elements LOL. Guys, outdoor elements in south Florida ..they must think all women are stupid and easy to trick.. fool me once Audi Coral Springs but second time for same issue..ya right! Rodrigo comes off nice but he is a fraud and the others above him are worst. Steve Mayer is a snake, I used to deal with him years before I moved to Rodrigo. Then on top, the biggest snake is Mr. Luan Nuriu aka Storyteller and liar,no customer service just repeats his lies like a robot. After a few CYA emails , Got my car back and guess what… LOL the parts that needed replacement again seem to work . Took my car to another Audi dealership same week, Service person said, parts are fine and that he just needed to seal and tighten an area Coral Springs seemed to seal. I would have ended up paying thousands of dollars when they lied 🤥 about needed to replace parts. FRAUDS! More

First and foremost, they do not stand by their work. Had an issue with a 2015 A3 TDI, Sunroof switch failed. Went to the dealer for resolution, armed with my Fidelity Platinum extended warranty. First and an issue with a 2015 A3 TDI, Sunroof switch failed. Went to the dealer for resolution, armed with my Fidelity Platinum extended warranty. First and foremost the service advisor who is not my regular advisor bombarded me with various charges and fees some of them ludicrous to assess a failure. Regardless, and confident that my warranty would kick in and it did I left my vehicle in their care. They also at first declined to furnish me with a loaner. Very long story short, the warranty paid for the repair, and I was informed I needed a new battery. The battery was under warranty, but they would not honor it due to lack of records that this factory battery was not installed by an Audi store. Buyer beware, keep your service records. When I returned to pick up the vehicle, it was filthy dirty inside and out including spots on the sunroof cover and grease stains on the grey headliner. I had been dealing with Luana and the service manager, Luan. My regular service advisor Giancarlo was not available. They were not very helpful and in the case of the service advisor, Luana VERY RUDE. I also discovered the overhead console was not pushed in properly, prompting the car to be brought back into service for it to be rectified. The overhead console is still not sitting flush as it did before. When I asked them to repair it I was informed that it was in tolerance levels and I should contact Audi corporate. My first question was do you not warranty the work you perform? The answer was yes the part we replaced. With this logic and method of doing business anything they break or screw up in the process, such as the overhead console and the Sunroof cover which they damaged is not covered. This is beyond ludicrous, and I would highly suggest anyone going for warranty work here take photos before and after if not avoiding them at all. The service manager even advised I speak to Audi corporate to get a goodwill gesture to fix something they broke. Unreal. There is more to this story including some other shady moves and suggestions but I do have the time and energy to provide the 5 page write up I sent to Audi corporate. I only gave two stars because Giancarlo is an excellent service advisor who is prompt, returns phone calls and knows how to deal with his client base. It's been 2+ months and still not resolved. More
