Not just unpleasant, but PAINFUL! I was not only disrespected but walls defrauded. April 2024: I had ti bring my 2024 Q8 Etron in for a recall service on the power chord. While I was there, they did the 10,000 mile service. December 21, 2023 (part 2): I was concerned about my temporary tags running out so I contacted Audi Creve Coeur and Matt Tannehill, Eric Fultz and Alex Madison got on the case and sure enough one day later my new lease plates have arrived! December 21, 2023: My new Q8 E Tron is AWESOME! This thing is first a foremost, a great Q8, plush and with Air Suspension just the best ride. But as an E-Car it is even nicer and the free two years we get at Electrify America (we did a road Trip to Myrtle Beach recently and the Nav on our car directed us to our EA stops and we had zero issues charging! All the way to SC and back and not a penny for fuel, the trip we estimated took about 1.5 additional hours, time we used shopping at WalMart or Sams (where the EA's are located). Awesome experience! December 6,2023 I brought my new Q8E Tron in because of a couple of small scratches on the rear bumper and the great team there at Audi Creve Coeur took perfect care of me and my family! Drew and the team from the service department loaned me a beautiful white Audi, a six as a loaner and sent My Q8 over to the Plaza body shop. October 25, 2023: Bought another Audi from Audi CC/Plaza Audi! This is my 5th Audi purchased from Audi CC in the last few years (2012 Q7, 2020 Q5, 2019 Q7, 2017 Q7, 2024 Q8 ETron) but my first NEW Audi! The professionalism of my sales professionals (Matt Tannehill and Alex Madison) made purchasing (actually leasing in my case) from Audi CC a great experience! I wish in particular to thank Matt Tannehill, who went through all the pros and cons of leasing a new Audi Q8 Etron through VW/Audi Credit, and went all-out to put together a deal for me that I could not have expected and an EV at that! Gene Larson finished getting my wife and I into the deal and talked us through the lease process.
